HR Team OJT Opportunity: We are looking for an intern for Employee Relations and Performance Management, Labor Relations, and People & Culture.
Responsibilities
1) Employee Relations & Performance Management
Assist with documenting employee concerns and supporting follow-up tasks.
Help compile and organize performance-related reports and records.
Support coordination of schedules for employee-related activities.
2) Labor Relations
Assist with preparation of labor-related documents and status reports.
Support research on relevant labor practices and policies.
Help coordinate meetings and maintain organized records for correspondence.
3) People & Culture
Support cultural and people engagement activities and communications.
Assist with updating internal HR and culture materials.
Help prepare basic content and reports for team initiatives.
Requirements
Currently studying, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
Interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and people analytics.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information organized.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PH time

Additional information:
This position is open to applicants who can commit to the onsite schedule and who are enthusiastic about developing a career in Learning and Development. Successful completion of the OJT may present opportunities for further roles within the L&D team.
