About the Client
Our client is an accounting firm business based in the UK growing their existing offshore team to support their operations team. The role is responsible for ensuring all requests are actioned efficiently and completed within agreed SLAs, maintaining clear communication and high standards of service delivery at all times.
The Role
The Admin Assistant will take ownership of the central Executive Assistant (EA) inbox, proactively monitoring incoming requests and either completing tasks directly or assigning them to the appropriate EA.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the central Executive Assistant (EA) inbox
Record Management – Updating and maintaining the database across the business, working with Stakeholders to ensure their data is kept accurate
Monitor incoming requests and prioritise tasks appropriately
Allocate tasks to the appropriate EA in line with workload and capability and track progress of assigned tasks to ensure completion within agreed SLAs
Reward Hub allocation of vouchers and shout outs on the behalf of Partners, Associate Partners and Directors.
Create and amend PowerPoint documents
Format word documents, create letters on word and add signatures to documents
Assist with complex travel bookings
What We're Looking For
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a regulated or professional services environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good formatting skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while following strict procedures.
Good time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication when requesting documentation or clarifying information with stakeholders/clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working with confidential information and following strict processes.
