The Role
The Experienced Recruiter partners with US-based Recruiters to identify and engage talent for experienced-level roles. This position focuses on the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle: identifying prospects, conducting initial outreach, and building a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for the US market.
What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and X-ray search to identify candidates for niche and high-priority roles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles to reduce time-to-fill.
Candidate Engagement: Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and InMail to convert passive prospects.
Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to verify technical requirements, salary expectations, and work authorization.
Collaboration: Coordinate with US recruiters to refine search parameters based on candidate feedback and market availability.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on sourcing metrics.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in recruitment sourcing, specifically for the US market.
Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of US geography, time zones, and visa types
Technical Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and standard ATS platforms (Paycom).
Communication: Strong professional English, both written and verbal.
Research Skills: Proven ability to find specialized talent in competitive industries.
