About The Back Room
We exist to free our clients' time so they can focus on what they do best — growing their business. We deliver smart, efficient solutions that liberate teams from the everyday admin, and we hold ourselves to the same standard. Time is the ultimate currency, and we treat it like it.
About the Marketing Team
The marketing team is responsible for driving campaign execution and brand visibility for the client's business. They work closely with design, content, and sales to bring initiatives to life — from webinars and email campaigns to lead generation programs.
As the team scales, they're looking for someone to own the operational layer: the coordination, the follow-through, and the visibility that keeps everything running smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands-on lead role sitting at the intersection of creative production and marketing operations. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Head to execute campaigns, manage creative output, and keep the team running at a high standard. In the first 6–12 months, success looks like tighter workflows, stronger creative quality, and a team that delivers on time, every time.
You’re not just coordinating — you’re setting the bar. You review work, mentor junior team members, build the processes that make execution smoother, and jump in to produce when needed. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable in a project tracker and a video editing timeline.
What You'll Do
• Lead the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, content initiatives, webinars, and digital projects from brief to delivery
• Manage project timelines, task coordination, and day-to-day follow-through across the marketing team
• Oversee and maintain quality standards across all creative outputs — digital, video, social, print, and events
• Create and edit marketing materials as needed: presentations, social creatives, banners, video content, podcast snippets, and more
• Support and coordinate video production including filming logistics, editing oversight, and content repurposing
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members and interns
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, speakers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows, content production, and team efficiency
• Drive improvements in marketing workflows, team processes, and branding consistency
What We're Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, creative production, multimedia, campaign execution, or related roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong understanding of creative production, branding, and digital content execution
• Hands-on experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creation
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through skills
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with AI tools that support marketing, creative production, or workflow efficiency
• Exposure to B2B marketing environments
• Portfolio showcasing creative and/or multimedia work
Why This Role
This is a role with real ownership attached. You’re not managing a checklist — you’re helping shape how the marketing team operates and what it produces. If you want a role where your judgment matters, your output is visible, and your contribution has a direct impact on what goes out the door, this is it.
