The Role
This on-the-job trainee (OJT) position within the Learning and Development Team will focus on developer learning content and platform support.


What You'll Do

  • Assist in designing and developing developer-focused learning content, including tutorials, step-by-step guides, lab exercises, and short technical videos.

  • Collaborate with developers, subject-matter experts, and senior L&D staff to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.

  • Contribute to pilot programmes and gather learner feedback to iterate on content and delivery methods.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities to grow L&D and technical skills.


What We're Looking For

  • Some background in software development, computer science, or a related technical discipline (formal qualification or practical experience).

  • Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and common development tools/IDEs.

  • Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly, with an interest in developer workflows and education.

  • Good written communication and basic instructional writing skills, with attention to clear, consistent formatting.

  • Organised with strong time-management and the ability to manage multiple small tasks concurrently.

You will gain practical experience in content development while being mentored by experienced L&D developers. The role offers scope to grow into a fully-fledged Learning and Development Developer role, take on more complex technical training projects, and contribute directly to how engineers and teams learn and adopt new technologies.
