About the Role
We are building a talent pool of organised and adaptable Admin Assistants to support our growing client base. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in administrative, virtual assistant, or back-office support roles and are available to be matched with future openings.
As an Admin Assistant, you may support day-to-day administrative operations for a local or international client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and back-office support to clients and internal teams
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Prepare, format, proofread, and organise documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems
Handle emails, correspondence, data entry, and routine administrative requests
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and team members as needed
Assist with document processing, invoice tracking, purchase orders, and basic reporting
Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and provide status updates
Conduct online research and compile information for business requirements
Support onboarding, compliance, and other operational processes as required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and client information appropriately
Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the client or team lead
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, office support, or similar role is an advantage
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Good data entry, document management, and internet research skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
Proactive, reliable, resourceful, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office-based environment
Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones
Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga, when required by the assigned role
Nice to Have
Experience supporting a UK, US, Australian, or other international client
Experience with customer service, bookkeeping, recruitment, sales support, or operations administration
Familiarity with project management, customer relationship management, document management, or ticketing tools
Knowledge of workflow automation, spreadsheets, or data reporting
Experience working in an offshore, shared services, or business process outsourcing environment
Availability to work varying schedules, including international business hours, depending on client requirements
